Responsibilities: As a Behavioral Health Clinician for Community Health Center, you will:
Work closely with medical and behavioral health providers in an integrated care setting
Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy
Be responsible for initial mental health evaluations
Coordinate with community agencies
Complete paperwork completed as required by statute, regulation and/or CHC Mental Health Policy and Procedures
Be a part of our electronic health records technology for high quality clinical data-gathering and analysis
Work Experience
2 years minimum experience within providing outpatient behavioral health care
Experience with both children & adults is required
Experience in integrated/co-located Primary Care/Behavioral Health setting preferred
spanish speaking required
Qualifications: Languages SPANISH
Education Master of Social Work (MSW): Social Work/ Family Therapy Masters: Mental Health Counseling Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.): Psychology Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D): Psychology
Certifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker - State of Connecticut Psychologist - State of Connecticut
