Diakon Child, Family & Community Ministries offers a comprehensive range of services that aid children, at-risk youths, families, adults of all ages, and even entire communities. The Mental Health Therapist will work in our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Williamsport, PA.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for providing clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Completing a comprehensive psychosocial assessment on each client.
Developing an individualized treatment plan for each client and providing a wide range of therapeutic interventions.
Education/Training: Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required. LMFT, LPC or LCSW required or license eligible.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) year post Masters supervised clinical experience in an outpatient setting normally required.
