Open Door Health Services is seeking FT women's health nurse practitioner to provide family planning services is a federally qualified health center clinic (FQHC). Position will divide hours between Muncie and Anderson.
Open Door Health Services is a one stop shop clinic providing primary care, pediatrics, dental, WIC and behavior health services. It is located in the heart of the downtown Muncie, Indiana. ODHS offers an excellent benefit package, moving expense, allowance for CME training as well as tuition reimbursement through the National Health Service Corp.
Muncie is located 60 miles north east of Indianapolis home to the Colts football team, the Pacers basketball team and the Indianapolis 500 to name a few. ON the other hand, Muncie offers excellent public/private school systems, Ball State University, the Cardinal Greenway and a flourishing artist community. Anderson is smaller and closer to Indy, and is the home of Anderson University which also serves as the Colts training facility.
