Lumen Health and Psychological Services Inc. is a community-based mental health group that is seeking to add licensed masters level mental health clinicians to provide psychotherapy services.

This position does not offer supervision hours for completion of a degree. Please only apply if you are licensed in the state of California and in good standing.

This is an hourly position with an expected case load of 30 clients per week minimum for full time and 18 clients per week, part time. Compensation is offered bi-monthly. Different schedules are available.

Current work is being conducted exclusively via telehealth and there is an option to make that type of service delivery permanent and to work remotely. Flexibility in a work schedule is often able to be accommodated.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy.

Keep up-to-date assessment, progress notes, and treatment planning documentation.

Complete required paperwork within proper deadlines.

Maintain a professional atmosphere and provide clear and timely communication to support staff.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a licensed mental health professional and hold a valid California license with the BBS as a MFT or LCSW. All licenses must me in good standing. No internship or practicum hours are available with this position.

Current NPI and CAQH number.

Good communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and be able to navigate basic computer operations.

Clinician must be willing to be trained in and to administer telehealth services as well as those in person.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed providers who are independently contracted with one or more area insurers.

Experience in a private practice or group setting as a clinician/provider.

An area of clinical expertise.
