Provide brief and ongoing care through individual psychotherapy, assessment and testing via video, telephone, and messaging using Kareo, an innovative EHR and practice management tool built for telehealth
Facilitate brief focused psychoeducation support groups
Practice evidence-based psychotherapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, problem-solving therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy
Participate in the implementation of reimagined mental health care services reaching patients who need help the most when they need it the most
Communicate with other health providers involved in your patient’s care and provide referrals as needed
Be an original member of the Well clinical team and help shape our growth and clinical services
Lead with authenticity and participate as active partners in Well’s clinical growth and scaling to close the mental health treatment gap in California
Position Details
What You’ll Do
Clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery for patients with Anxiety, Depression, OCD and related disorders
Ability to manage the health and wellbeing of patients of all ages, track patient progress using validated outcome assessments, and have a passion for quality, safety, and data-driven mental health care
Ability to supervise clinical psychology interns

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Provider must have a current and valid independent license to practice in the state of California and must legally reside in CA
PhD, PsyD, or other doctoral-level degree in mental health
At least 1 to 2 years of experience providing therapy
In-network with Cigna, Tricare, Medicare, and/or United Healthcare ideal
Must be tech-savvy, resourceful with a smartphone or tablet, and have experience working with EHRs, experience with Kareo EHR preferred
Must have reliable internet connection
Yearly background check is required
Experience working cross-culturally with diverse populations
Experience leading groups & familiarity with group dynamics
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in collaborative care settings preferred
