Licensed psychotherapist in a dual disgnosis intensive outpatient program for adolescents located in Maplewood. Work with a multi-disciplinary team of counselors, therapists, RNs, and psychiatrist providing assessments, group, individual, and family therapy to adolesnets with mental health and substance use disorders.
This position has a $2500 Sign On Bonus
Responsibilities/Job Description
Responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages case.
Responsible for develpment of transition/discharge plan
Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts
Functions as an interdisciplinary team member
Devlops treatment plan, documentation of client services and care
Must have adolescent development 30 hour training or education in course work.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
LICSW, LP, LPCC or LMFT licensure
LADC licensure
2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.
Experience providing counseling to adolescent population
