This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. The incumbent applies advanced professional psychological diagnostic methods and Evidenced-Based Practices (EBPs) to a full range of patient problems in the work setting. The incumbent has advanced knowledge of psychological diagnosis, intervention, and behavioral health that qualifies the psychologist to provide advice and consultation to professionals representing a variety of disciplines. The incumbent has advanced skills in the management of personnel, in the development, implementation, and data-driven monitoring of programs, policies, and procedures, and in providing oversight and effective allocation of administrative and material resources. In addition, the incumbent has advanced knowledge in design and implementation of both randomized control trial (RCT) and program evaluation studies, advanced knowledge of Research and Development including submitting research proposals to the Research and Development (R&D) Committee and the Internal Review Board (IRB).
