This is the full performance level for LPMHC and, at this level. The LPMHC may be assigned to any location within the BP VAHCS mental health continuum of care and functions under the auspices of the Mental Health & Behavior Sciences Service. The incumbent is expected to independently practice professional counseling services and provide mental health services within the knowledge, theory, and training foundations of professional counseling. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
