At Toribio Psychological Services, we value your passion for psychology as much as we value your time and want to make your experience with Toribio Psych greatly rewarding. We offer three tracks with the option to change with changing interests and/or acquiring new skills. We encourage everyone to pursue their passion and see the patient population that most interests you. We also encourage continuing education and will sponsor those wanting to get formal training for specific testing/evaluations or therapy.
We offer three tracks:
Track one is all evaluations - consisting of an average of 2 new intakes, 2 testing patients and 2 feedback sessions per week. Writing can be done at the office or remotely.
Track two is all therapy - 30 patient face-to-face hours weekly
Track three is a hybrid of 15 patient face-to-face hours and 1 intake/test/feedback per week
We offer maximum flexibility as you get to set your schedule with the hours that best work for you. See everyone in 3 days or spread work across 6 days.
Our quarterly bonus system allows you more compensation than just your base by seeing more testing or therapy patients. Please inquire for more details.
Paid time off includes paid sick time and vacation time that you are free to use as you please. Just let our administrative assistant know and we take care of the rest.
Because education is very important to us, we offer a continuing education stipend yearly for books or continuing educations classes.
License renewal fees are covered.
Due to our recent expansion, we are hiring both licensed psychologists and psychological associates.

As a Psychologist, it is our mission to provide you with what you need to carry out psychotherapy and psychological assessments for our patients. We work to cultivate a culture of respect, wellness, and learning at our practice. Our administrative support team is here to remove most of the busywork so that you can focus on testing and therapy. Hours are flexible and write ups can be done away from the office (i.e. at home).
