Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a per diem Behavioral Health Clinician in the Department of Medicine at Overlook Medical Center from 8:30am to 3:30pm and every other weeekend.

Job Functions

• Identify patients for the delirium program
• Assess needs for counseling and education and provide education as appropriate
• Collaborate with staff in providing behavior management techniques
• Assist caregivers in preparation for discharge
• Provide appropriate activities for patients
• Assist in training and supporting volunteers

Education

• Social work degree; Bachelor or Masters level

Minimum Experience Required

• Experience working with patients with dementia preferable
