Collaborates with the management team to design the staff orientation and ongoing staff development and training program. Develops orientation, and educational materials and process improvements to promote high quality orientation and ongoing professional development. Designs training programs to optimize outcomes across the health continuum with a focus on effective and safe transitions, quality care, utilization management and reducing avoidable readmissions back to acute care.
Job Duties
Works with organizational leaders and community partners in the design, implementation, and evaluation of education programs that enhance the patient experience and drive quality outcomes.
Provides supervision and oversight to new employees, assisting with orientation scheduling, training, integration among all teams, and information systems training.
Develops training materials for onboarding and ongoing staff development programs.
Directs individual professional development through mentoring, coaching and education.
Collaborates with leadership to identify staff with opportunities and designs staff-specific development plans to address gaps in performance and improve efficiency.
Develops ongoing development programs that promote staff development as well as target opportunities for staff optimization.
Work with other professional groups to provide training programs utilizing community based clinical experts.
Leads in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a behavioral health specific benefit and care management program that optimizes the Triple Aim quality, efficiency and member experience.
Develop training programs that provide staff with insurance and payer information.
Leverages technology to support onboarding and staff development.
Assures access to and serves as a liaison to health care services and resources for members and their families.
Continuously evaluates Behavioral Health benefits and other metrics for assigned employer group(s).
Collaborates with leadership to design staff evaluation tools that assure delivery of high quality, efficient care.
Works with leadership to continuously evaluate process, identify problems, and propose process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness that drives quality outcomes for population being served.

* Managed Medicaid experience strongly preferred, Program Development experience strongly preferred
