California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking experienced psychologists to supervise a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians in the delivery of effective and efficient mental health services within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation adult institutions.
Under the direction of the Chief Psychologist, you will:
Plan, organize, and coordinate patient treatment programs, including the more difficult evaluations and treatment plans
Train, direct, and supervise clinical staff in the delivery of services and treatment
Provide leadership for program development, while adhering to quality management standards and practices
Participate in the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team planning sessions and case reviews
To qualify for this leadership role, you must possess a valid CA-license, PsyD or PhD, and a minimum two years of postdoctoral experience.
