The Therapist is responsible for daily direction of activities of the milieu by providing leadership and acting as a clinical resource for programmatic interventions and implementation of the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan. The Therapist provides social services to patients and their families including facilitating individual, group, and family therapy for the assigned program.
