This position is located in Mental Health Service, with primary assignment to the Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Program at the Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center. The HBPC program provides comprehensive, interdisciplinary primary care services in the homes of veterans with complex and chronic, disabling disease.
