Job SummaryThis is an entry-level position which requires proof of a High School diploma or GED. Bachelors and/or Masters degrees are not required. Perform, under the responsibility and supervision of the physician, diagnostic and therapeutic tasks to establish a diagnosis and to plan therapy. Assist in gathering the data necessary in implementing the therapeutic plan of the physician.Experience in behavioral health is preferred, not required.Job DutiesProvides therapeutic interventions with patients regularly.Provides counseling for all assigned patients.Conducts group therapy based on patient need.Helps with ADL's as needed.Works with patients on achieving their goals.Uses non-violent intervention techniques.
