The Primary Care Mental Health Integration Social Worker Care Manager is administratively within the Mental Health Service Line, with primary assignment to the Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) program, located within primary care. This position is primarily located at the Uptown Division of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia.
