This position will serve as a Case Manager for a virtual Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) team. The Case Manager will serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team, providing crisis management, same day access services, case management, case coordination, treatment planning, and a variety other services to Veterans engaged with the BHIP team. The Case Manager will be the sole on-site provider for a virtual BHIP team. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
