Incumbent is a professional Social Worker assigned to provide social work services in the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Primary Care Clinic. Services range from routine to extremely complicated, with the more complicated cases involving depression, death/dying, hospice care, complex advance directive decisions, and major adjustment to chronic, debilitating illness including both medical and psychiatric in nature. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
