Senior Social Worker - (Caregiver Support Coordinator)
The incumbent services as a Senior Social Worker, locally titled Caregiver Support Coordinator. The incumbent will function in support of caregivers, Veterans and family members throughout the Medical Center and in the community and will support the development and implementation of the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregiver (PCAFC). Conduct frequent needs assessments to implement education, wellness, and support groups. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
