Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Patient Access Rep. for the Corporate office in Morristown to work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls for all outpatient behavioral health services, provide confidential customer service to all callers, collect relevant clinical and insurance information, explain and help navigate ABH and AHS services by providing accurate descriptions of programs and services based on site/location requested by caller.
Triage and schedule callers for the correct level of care within ABH and/or providing appropriate or relevant community resources
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree required
Master's preferred in behavioral health related field
Minimum Experience:
2 years in mental health or related behavioral health field with working knowledge of various levels of care for both pediatric and adult callers
