Summary:
The Social Work Clinical Coordinator applies advanced clinical professional social work skills to professional social work practice with individuals, families, and groups.
Responsibilities:
1.Applies advanced clinical professional social work skills to professional social work practice with individuals, families, and groups.
2.Participates in program and organizational assessment, planning, and development as appropriate to meet the needs of service area.
3.Provides clinical supervision to professional staff, evaluates staff, leads clinical team, helps to administer the department and backs manager when the manager is absent.
4.Other duties as required.

Technical Expertise
1.Experience in parent-child exposure is required.
2.Experience in training and supervising professional students and staff is required.
3.Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
4.Experience in healthcare is preferred.
5.Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic software is preferred.
Education and Experience
1.Education: Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
2.Certification: Licensed Independent Social Worker is required.
3.Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
4.Years of experience supervising: None.
