Job DescriptionProvides direct supervision to MHP Team. Works collaboratively with the Manager of Nursing to manage milieu, programming, environment of care and assists with staff education. Responsible for ensuring that programing is occurring as scheduled and in a manner that promotes recovery and intentional care standards.
