Must have PhD, PsyD in clinical psychology
Must have experience in chronic pain management or fellowship training in pain management
Must have post doctoral training in medical settings, anesthesiology, physical medicine, or surgery
Knowledge of biofeedback and ability to perform a plus
Knowledge of tolerance, addiction, and pseudoaddiction
