This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Grade Determinations: GS-12 Social Worker (Program Coordinator) Experience/Education: One year of experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. Candidates may have certification or other post-master's degree training from a nationally recognized professional organization or university that includes a defined curriculum/course of study and internship, or equivalent supervised professional experience. The Homeless Grant & Per Diem Program is an essential part of VHA and is vital for providing safe transitional housing and supportive services for homeless veterans. The Homeless Grant & Per Diem Liaison is responsible for the oversight of these services as well as the case management and service coordination.
