Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient settingCompetence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.EAP knowledge and experience, preferredMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related fieldCurrent Colorado State License in one of the following disciplines: Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) BLS For St. Anthony North Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital only: Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) This opening is for Durango, COYour Connected Community:Centura Health is the region's largest health care system.
