Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Behavioral Health Clinician for the I/P Psychiatric unit at Overlook Medical Center to work varied shifts including weekends.Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities:Seeking a social work clinician per diem to complete Psychosocial Assessments; develop, implement, monitor and revise Multi-Disciplinary Care Plans, ongoing family contact to provide treatment plan updates, gather collateral history, collaborate with outpatient providers and facilitate various psycho-educational groups with adult psychiatric patients.Discharge planning with each patient will be set up for a positive continuum of care, on a short term behavioral health inpatient unit.Qualifications M
