Licensed Psychologist will provide outpatient clinical assessments to patients of Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.Clinical services include clinical assessments of adults, adolescents, children, and toddlers. There is also potential to include group treatment for specific populations. Assessment specialties may include Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Delays.
Reports to: Clinical Director and CEO
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Doctoral Degree in clinical or school psychology; and
An unrestricted and active license (PhD or PsyD) in the State of California
Available to hold at least 3 patient assessments per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.
At least two years of experience in clinical assessment
At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
The ability to perform the ADOS-2 and TELE-ASD PEDS is required
Ability to schedule one supervision hour per week and attend group supervision/didactics weekly. Also able to attend one clinic meeting per month
Ability to share and market about our services on an as-needed basis to the community by speaking about our services, etc.
Ability to supervise practicum students on assessment and report writing
Ability to conduct therapy, groups, and other business-building activities
A clear background check is required for employment.

Hours: Work hours and schedule may vary depending on clients and Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.’s needs. Licensed Psychologist is not guaranteed a minimum number of clients per week. However, it is expected that Licensed Psychologist will be available to hold at least 3 patient assessments per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc. Client assessments are held in the offices of Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform on-site clinical assessment services to patients of Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc., as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required
Be able to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.
Respond to clients' requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc., or through the Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc., website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such clients
Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary
Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, feedback session notes, psychological assessment report, and other forms or documents that may be needed or required from time to time by Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc., or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion. Keep patient files accurate and up-to-date
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.
Conduct and regulate assessment services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with team members
