The Social Worker is assigned to the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program. This position provides outreach/case management and intervention support to the HCHV Program in a team oriented, recovery-based program. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
