Completing referrals to AOT, LPS conservatorship mandate and intakes (locations of intakes vary by client situation). Could be on street, would go out with a team.  Provide assessments and file court documentation (this is not a heavy load).  Assessments vary.  No billing minimal charting.   Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT): Completes intakes and eligibility assessments for AOT, collaborates with the team to engage clients in the community and encourage voluntary acceptance of services. For individuals who decline services, evaluates and files court petitions for intensive case management.
