Social Worker
The Float Geriatric SW is responsible to provide SW coverage for all of the SW positions in the GEC service. This includes the HBPC program, Hall program, Geri PACT, CNH, Medical Foster Home, Veterans Directed Home and Community Based Care and the CLC. Since most of these programs have only one SW as a clinician and/or Program Coordinator, the incumbent will need to be well versed in the operations of each program in order to provide coverage during the absence of the program SW. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Gr
