Counseling Psychologist The mission for The Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CAND) at UCI is to provide help and hope to individuals with ASD, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders and their families through excellent clinical service, education & training, research, and community engagement.
