The social worker will function as a member of the Suicide Prevention Team for care of Veterans at suicide risk and as an advisor to the Chief, Mental Health Services, facility leadership, program managers, and staff concerning suicide prevention strategies at the individual patient level, and for the facility and Veterans community as a whole.
