Nemours is seeking a Social Worker to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Jacksonville, FL. The Social Worker is necessary to deliver comprehensive patient and family-centered health care. The position will support the medical care team in addressing the social determinants of health in Pulmonology. Moreover, the incumbent in this position will respond to all manner of crises in the clinic including positive suicide screens, suspected abuse and neglect, impaired parents/caregivers, bereaved families, food insecurity, and transportation disadvantaged.
