We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our La Jolla office in a combined clinical and supervisory role.
The Opportunity
This position is ideal for psychologists who enjoy both direct clinical work and mentoring developing clinicians. You will carry a manageable caseload while supervising 1–3 post-doctoral associates within a well-supported, collaborative group practice.
Our structure allows you to focus on high-quality care and supervision while administrative, billing, scheduling, and insurance work are fully handled for you. You will also be supported through insurance credentialing and paneling as part of your role.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy to adults with low-to-moderate acuity presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to 1–3 post-doctoral associates
Participate in regular consultation and supervision groups
Maintain ethical and clinical standards consistent with California Board of Psychology guidelines
Collaborate with leadership to ensure excellence in care delivery

Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
Active California psychologist license
Eligible and interested in supervising post-doctoral associates
At least one year of post-licensure experience preferred
Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive clinical practice
Experience or interest in CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, or related modalities
