This Social Worker position is located within the Residential Care Section of the Behavioral Health Care Line (BHCL) on the Albuquerque Campus. The four core Mental Health disciplines of Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry, and Nursing work well together within our Residential Care Section. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Basic Requirements: Basic Requirements Citizenship. Citizen of the United States. Licensure. Full, unrestricted license or certification by a state to independently practice social work at the advanced practice level. Exception. VHA may waive the licensure or certification requirement for persons who are otherwise qualified
