The Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Social Worker works as a dependent provider using his/her educational training and clinical experience, adhering to VA policies and Joint Commission standards in administering direct services. The Social Worker provides therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups covering a wide variety of psychosocial issues not limited to the geriatric setting. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
