The New Mexico VA Healthcare Network is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker functioning as the Medical Center's Liaison/Case Manager for Homeless Veterans residing in the Gallup area and are part of Albuquerque VAMC's Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program, Department of Housing and Urban Development /VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH). S/he is responsible for monitoring all coordination of case management services for veterans receiving housing provided through HUD Section 8 housing vouchers.
