Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Clinician for the Out-patient Behavioral Health Unit at Morristown Medical Center.Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Clinician working in new walk in behavioral health assessment center conducting assessment interviews of emotional, behavioral, alcohol and/or substance misuse issuesDemonstrate considerable expertise in areas of psychosocial assessment, crisis counseling and stabilization, provide support, information, advocacy and guidance through the system and linkage to internal/external outpatient behavioral health treatment providersConduct 1-3 outpatient type treatment sessions as bridge to next provider as necessaryManage appropriate transfers to ED
