JOB SUMMARYThe Social Worker MSW 1 PRN provides patients and family members with the education and advice needed to cope with issues which arise from various emotional or physical problems as outlined by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners scope of practice. Coordinates a variety of services including crisis intervention, bereavement, client advocacy, referrals, prevention, education, discharge planning and implementation, and psychosocial assessments. Collaborates in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.Location: Round Rock, Texas - Baylor Scott & WhiteSetting: Case Management
