The social worker assigned to the Health Care for Homeless Veteran program (HCHV) as the Referral and Eligibility Social Worker for homeless programs. This position is aligned under the Community Outreach Division. This is an External announcement. Internal applicants must apply to the internal announcement, Vacancy I.D. number 11830512 .
