Senior Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor-ACCESS PSYCHOTHERAPIST/CARE COORDINATOR
The Access Psychotherapist/Care Coordinator provides timely intervention, brief treatment, case/care coordination, and care transition support for Veterans as a member of the Access Team within the Behavioral Health Service Line (BHSL) of the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC). This position is based at the main campus in White City Oregon, with occasional travel to the community based outpatient clinics in Grants Pass & Klamath Falls, Oregon. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education.
