ChristianaCare is recruiting for several licensed clinical social workers (LSCW) for the position of Behavioral Health Consultant to work collaboratively with our clinical teams in primary care medical practices located in PA or NJ.

In this role, the Behavioral Health Consultant will contribute to the overall operation of ChristianaCare's behavioral health department and the daily care of an outpatient population in primary care.. The Behavioral Health Consultant will function as a member of a clinical team providing consultation, assessment, treatment and behavioral health education and also serve as a conduit to Behavioral Health as part of the design of this integrated model of health care.

Education and experience requirements:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible
One year of experience providing direct therapeutic care in a primary care or specialty medical practice preferred.
