Salary Details:
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.

Position: Staff Psychologist – Women's Health
Are you a dedicated psychologist with a passion for providing exceptional care to women and women-identifying veterans? The Little Rock Arkansas VA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Psychologist to join our Women's Health team. This 100% clinical, outpatient role offers opportunities for telework and/or a compressed work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized mental health services exclusively for women and women-identifying veterans.
Utilize your expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on the unique needs of women veterans.
Qualifications:
Completed Doctoral degree and internship in Psychology from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a psychologist in any U.S. state or territory- will consider applicants without licensure as well
Experience in Women's Health and expertise in DBT diagnosis is preferred
Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care.
