The Domiciliary Care for Homeless Veterans (DCHV) Program at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) is a residential rehabilitation treatment program that assists Veterans experiencing homelessness with cooccurring mental health and substance use disorders, and sometimes complex medical conditions. The DCHV uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide the best care to its Veterans in need of services. As a DCHV Staff Psychologist major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a full range of psychological services, including psychological evaluations, individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
