The VA Long Beach is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker in the Mental Health Intensive Case Management. The goal of the MHICM is to assist chronically mentally ill Veterans in remaining out of the hospital by developing, implementing, and assessing benefit of a behaviorally oriented program of psychosocial rehabilitation, intensive case management, and community-based treatment for chronic mental ill veterans. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
